A Research On Land Use Change And Its Driving Forces In Fuliang County

Land Use and Land Cover Change is a hot topic of the global change research in the geography, but the driving forces of land-use change research is the core of the subject. In recent years, Due to natural factors and social and human factors,the Land use structure and the quality of land resources is becoming changes in different regions,so affect the changes of the regional ecological environment and global environment. So the study of the changing process,rule,driving factors of the Land Use and Land Cover Change is the Important basis for the ecological environment change research and the Regulation of human behavior based on scientific decision-making.In this paper, combined with the development of a new round of Fuliang county land-use master plan revision, based on the data of land use from 1996 to 2005, displaying the land use status and evaluating the status from the extent of land development, the extent of land-intensive farming and overall efficiency of land use. In the study of dynamic changes in land use ,it contain the number change of land use, the extent change of land use ,the regional differences of land use and the spatial pattern of land use.when analysis the number change ,the focus is on the range of land-use changes, the speed of land-use changes. when analysis the the extent of the change, according to the composite index obtain the changes in quantity and the rate of change, so we can know the land use in Fuliang County is still in the period of development. when analysis the driving forces,it Mainly include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis, I analyzes it that the change of land use not only is restricted by nature factors such as Climate, soil, hydrology, but also is affected by social and economic factors such as population growth, urbanization,economy developing, technique development, political policies Income difference, economic growth, and economic structure adjust and people values and so on. quantitative analysis include principal component analysis and canonical correlation analysis, In addition, When making the quantitative analysis,I have a principal variables public factor extraction according to the original 12 variables using spss software , to determine the principal component, and based on the results of the principal component analysis ,then I obtained a few most critical factors that affected local land use changes.At last, According to the conclusions that based on land-use cover change and driving forces,I point out a lot of problems existed land-use process,and Summed up some principles, measures and approaches to achieve the sustainable use of land resources guided by the theory of sustainable land use .
