Research On The Development Of Rural Economy

Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the main objective of China's economic and social development. According to the development objective proposed in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC),in the first 20 years of the 21st century, we must focus on building a well-off society in an all-round way for the benefits of our over one billion people and building the socialist new country.Viewed from the tendency of the expansion of development gap between urban and rural areas and the living level gap between peasants and other social classes in our country, the difficult points of achieving these objectives lie in rural area and the key points of it lie in peasants.In order to solve the difficult and key points, The first priority is to focus on the development of rural economy.In this sense, the rural economy which develops or not play a key part in building a well-off society in an all-round way.Sited in the Mid-west part of Henan province, Wangji country of Jiaxian is just like most counties under the jurisdiction of the township, faced with the problems of inadequate investment in infrastructure, poor Investment environment and quality living environment, overall low quality of the labor force, level of development lags behind the industrialized, low industrial level, poor aggregation, etc.Through the studies on the development of rural economy, some ideas are proposed in this article that in order to achieve the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must give full play to the role of township government in the process of promoting rural economic development and do a good job in the organic integration of the government and the development.On the basis of analyzing the development of rural economy, some opinions are studied in this article that in the new economic background of economic globalization, market-oriented, knowledge and information, in order to develop rural economy, we should not only transform and upgrade traditional industries in the region layout, but also make it stronger the advantage or pillar industries, make it a big industry the characteristics of the region. We must cultivate new industries and constantly promote the rationalization of industrial structure in the region by constructing good investment platform, fund injection and so on. Thereby stimulating the development of rural economy, fundamentally we can promote and accelerate the overall process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
