This thesis researches the integration of collaborative partner and its efficiency model about supply chain. It is divided into 5 chapters:Chapter 1 lays the introduction, emphases on partnership of supply chain, integration of partner and formulation of efficiency, integrated supply chain management and content and method of this thesis. Chapter 2 sets forth the integration theory of supply chain, then researches on the synergetic effect of integration and the game of collaboration. Chapter 3 researches on how to come true the integration of partner, the content include's: the process of integration and how to integrate the partner of supply chain. Chapter 4 particularly emphases on the efficiency model of integration, including: the integrated model of competition, collaboration, synergism, the operation efficiency model of supply chain system, the management efficiency model of supply chain system. Chapter 5 gives an example of ZTE integrated partner supply chain to prove the practical using of above model.This thesis researches the integration of collaborative partner and its efficiency model about supply chain. In that process, I take advantage of some innovations, such as: using the collaborated game research the integration of partner, formulating the dynamic integration model and using the theory of Entropy to research on the operation and management efficiency of supply chain system.In the end of this thesis I used an example of ZTE practical integrated supply chain to emulate and control the model that I formulated in this paper, consequently, that process will prove the practical significance and realized meaning in the field of supply chain partner integration.
