With the development of the integration of Jing-Jin-Ji, three regions corporate in many areas which include the same economic policy lunched and the heavy investment in transportation construction. Under the precondition of convenient transportation, retail enterprises which depend on the development of logistics will have a big development. And what happens to the retail enterprises will be good for the supply chain integration. This thesis is the research on modes of supply chain integration of retail enterprises under the integration of Jing-Jin-Ji.Based on this idea, firstly, this article illustrates the development of Jing-Jin-Ji and the existing problems of supply chain integration of retail enterprises. Then discuss the proper modes of supply chain integration, which divides into the internal integration and external integration. It does the analysis of every mode of supply chain integration of the retail enterprises. Through the analysis, the existing mode of supply chain integration mainly depends on the enterprise itself or the integration between enterprises. But the mode of supply chain integration of retail enterprise which under the policy of the government does not exist. In order to analyze the retain enterprise supply chain integration mode better, this article mainly use the experience of Yangtze river delta and Pearl river delta economic circle in the development of retail enterprise. So this article do the competitiveness evaluation of empirical research on the development level of retail enterprises within the three big economic circle. According to the results of empirical research, combined with the economic integration of Jing-Jin-Ji, it does the analysis of mode of supply chain integration of retail enterprises. Under the support of the government, construct competition platform which is free to use. On this platform, government will provide information about retail market. Retailers and manufacturers can do the business through the government’s public trading platform. And then this article analyzes the feasibility of this integration of the supply chain model by game theory. Finally, it is concluded that this kind of supply chain integration model is feasible. And this article also demonstrates some suggestions on building the public trading platform. At last, it discusses the whole modes of supply chain integration.
