As market competition is becoming increasingly rapidly, almost all enterprises are aware that customer satisfaction is the premise and guarantee of the business interests for long. Today, a variety of products are gradually maturing. Customer satisfaction will not only come from the product itself, but will be more and more dependent on the services of the enterprises. And then how to improve their own services becomes into the topic that many enterprises are studying. But however the idea of service updates and the way of service changes, the carrier of it is always unchanged, that is, the enterprise's own employees.Employee is one of the most important factors which will determine the corporate operating performance, and have a direct impact on customers' satisfaction on products and services provided.Leaders that make a point of the manpower capital all understand like this a truth: The business enterprise needs to provide the employee every kind of commitment to the satisfaction that keeps employee, the employee was satisfied with would full of energy motive, the talent is better to develop its potential as the business enterprise serves, hence the business enterprise would keep on the development to obtain profits, business enterprise contain profits provide the better treatment for the employee again, acquire the greater satisfaction in employee. This should be approval increment that a spiral virtuous cycle that the type rises, each run high once, employee, the profits of the business enterprise also increases at the same time. Therefore, the maintenance of high employee satisfaction that brings about initiatives and full potential release becomes the top priority of business administration.This paper is on condition that explain theoretical foundation of satisfaction in an all-round way, combine the motivational theory of influencing satisfaction, link the question that the G company of China in present development, summarize the deficiency that the company exists in HRM. According to the satisfaction investigation, understand enterprise's present employees' satisfaction, pass test and statistics of the census date correctly, key analysis forms the employees' satisfaction, the work itself, the reciprocate, the surroundings, the group cooperates, the development condition of the company, and put forward the constructive suggestion that how perfect incentive mechanism, raise enthusiasm and employees' satisfaction.
