In recent years, along with the new opportunities and new challenges of China's participation in economic globalization, comprehensive understanding of industrialization, informatization, urbanization, marketization and deep development of internationalization has been regarded as imminent new situation and task. A new proposition was mentioned in the 17th national reports, the integration development of informatization and industrialization, clearly for the first time, giving new historical mission to our country's informatization. Especially, ascending the informatization level of enterprises is an important significance for accelerating transformation of the economic development mode in our country, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, enhancing the ability of sustainable development. Meanwhile, knowledge alliances, as a kind of high-level strategic alliances focusing on the development and utilization of information resources, is one kind of important organization form which could meet in China's current economic development and social progress requirement. Therefore, a systemic study on the Development of Knowledge Alliance Enterprise Information Resources (DKAEIR) is of great theoretical and practical significance. This thesis takes complexity theories as guidance and comprehends the results of DKAEIR in early times, conducting a set of study around several questions such as "how to evaluate the level of DKAEIR", "how to ascend the level of DKAEIR", taking the evaluation structure of knowledge alliance as a focal point and taking complex systems modeling and computer simulation into further use. The conclusions of the thesis provide valuable guidance and reference, and will be of considerable help to both the decision-making of knowledge alliance enterprises and the formulation of related laws and regulations of the government. This thesis includes five chapters as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the background, the significance and contribution, as well as the framework of the thesis.Chapter 2 the review of literature, and based on the research results on DKAEIR in early times and comprehends its complexity, fixing the evaluation system of DKAEIR based on NK model and proposing the step by step and progressive characteristic indices comprehensive method based on generalized NK model, as well as the analysis and discussion to rationality of this evaluation system.Chapter 3 models, simulates and analyses the generalized NK-model of DKAEIR, and concludes a series of improved laws of DKAEIR based on generalized NK-model.Chapter 4 conducts empirical analysis based on the evaluation model of DKAEIR and comprehends the simulating results of computer, optimizing the evaluation model, making key analysis to part of existent knowledge alliances frame and operating characteristic in real society.Chapter 5 gives a summary of the main findings, and points out the deficiencies of the current study and further research directions. The thesis focuses on the computer simulation and empirical analysis, and the results of each other not only enrich the theories of DKAEIR and perfect the evaluation model, but also give attention to the guidance of DKAEIR of enterprises. There is an important significance for ascending the level and ability of DKAEIR in China. The main conclusions: presents an evaluation model of DKAEIR based on generalized NK model; promotes NK landscape model to generalized NK landscape, as well as its characteristics, superiority and algorithms of generation; simulation study based on generalized NK model and gets some rules about the DKAEIR; empirical analysis about the DKAEIR and gets some good conclusions to improve.
