Research On Knowledge Share Model In Knowledge Alliance

As Chinese economy facing the challenge of Knowledge Economy and Globalization in the 21st centrry, enterprises are requested to improve their ability in innovation and study. As a result, entring into strategic knowledge alliances with foreign and home enterprises becomes a critical strategic means in competitions. Knowledge alliances are required by domestic enterprises in order to enhance their technology and innovation, and for which, knowledge sharing(知识共享?)will be the key step.Thsis essay is composed based on an analysis of home and abroad literatures and materials. In chapter II, the reason for the emergence of knowledge alliance will be analysed, and given a definition that"knowledge alliance is an advanced format of strategic alliance", then the following points will be analysed: Study and creation of knowledge are the two characteristics of knowledge alliance; the internal principles of knowledge alliance's emergence and its system model; knowledge management consists of knowledge sharing management, knowledge developing management and knowledge application management. As a result, chapter II is the theoretic basis of thsis whole essay.In chapter III, after the definition of"knowledge value", a game theoretic model of knowledge sharing will be built. There will also be an analysis on four influencing factors of knowledge sharing and an interactional model of them, the factors include environment, organization, knowledge and individual factor. Based on what, this chapter will give a quantitative analysis on knowledge sharing carried out by game theoretic method. Then, according to knowledge sharing's characteristics, a quantitative analysis on four factors and an interactional model of them will be outlined. Chapter III is the core of theoretic analysis.Based on chapter III's theoretic analysis, an analysis on sharing model of knowledge alliance will be set up in chapter IV. Three aspects accounting for organization, technology and principle system will be taken into consideration to build this knowledge sharing model. Then, an organizational structure will be outlined, it includes organizational lay frame, position setting, practical community creation and informal organization management. As for technology, there are four parts to be analysed through knowledge chansformational theory: visible to visible; visible to invisible; invisible to invisible and invisible to visible. For the 3rd aspect, principle system refers to building a rewards and punishment system of knowledge, a culture mixture system and a knowledge sharing system. This chapter is the critical department of application analysis.Chapter V discusses the subject that to conform resources from knowledge sharing using enterprise knowledge portals. It mainly analyses the role enterprise knowledge portal plays in knowledge sharing implementing and in resources conformation through both internal and external espects. It also constructs a resource conforming model of knowledge portals, as well as builds a holistic frame for Enterprise Knowledge Portal(EKP) according to characteristics of knowledge sharing and EKP. Then, techonologic implementing of knowledge sharing, mainly EKP's network frame, implementing process from invisible to visible, system configuration and security basis, will be analysised in this chapter.In chapter VI, based on a case study of knowledge alliance in the field of vehicle servicing equipment between Ware Company, Changchun and ADLES, an analysis on cooperation will be carried out accounting for organization, technology and system, and to support which, SharePoint will be used to outline the process management of knowledge sharing between this kind of cooperation.This essay aims on helping enterprises which are knowledge alliances members focus more on the key point of knowledge sharing, put emphsis onto influencing factors of knowledge sharing, and build their own knowledge sharing models adapting to the whole knowledge alliance's condition. Then, enterprises may be able to improve their innovation and competitive ability.
