Talent supply-demand chain is analyzed and researched in the dissertation for software and information service outsourcing enterprises. The SWOT method is adopted, as the main analytical tool. The challenges and chances are discussed, faced by our software and information outsourcing industry in the new international and domestic economy situation.China's software and information service outsourcing industry faces the severe lack of practical talents. Based on traditional supply-demand chain theory, the author deeply analyzes a concept, namely, talent supply-demand chain. Relative specific cases are further studied. In China, it is a strategic measure to optimize the chain to solve the above big problem. Author's new opinions are put forward.Finally based on the comparison of oversea and domestic talent culture models, the dissertation points out what improvement should be done for culturing practical talents in China. Although it is difficult and will take some time to realize a scientific culture model, but it has a profound and realistic sense to impel the healthy and rapid development of China's whole software and information service outsourcing industry. |
