Now the Global Financial crisis has brought unprecedented impacting to world economic. And network marketing has been a new marketing method indisputably, so small and medium-sized enterprise must select appropriate network marketing strategy.By the contrast and analysis between two typical clothing website using direct sales, and combining the features on small and medium-sized enterprise in china, this paper sums up a strategy on network marketing, and has guiding significance and reference value on network marketing to small and medium-sized enterprise. First this paper introduces the background, purpose and research methods, describes its content and the features on network marketing, and expounds the application status and the difficulties faced on in network marketing to small and medium-sized enterprise in china. Second, by comparativing and analysising the competitive environment, development strategies and marketing strategy in those two typical clothing direct sales, website VANCL and PPG, it illustrates the key role to use different network marketing strategy in enterprise development.Base on those, and to solve the confusing and misunderstanding in small and medium-sized enterprise in china on network marketing strategy, this paper proposes a solution on network marketing strategy agreeing with small and medium-sized enterprise in china .Besides, it makes to explore on the Key points, problem, Success factors and Mode of operation on network marketing in small and medium-sized enterprise.By way of this paper, we can have a comprehensive and clear awareness on network marketing for small and medium-sized enterprise. And more, it has guiding significance and reference value to how to use network marketing for small and medium-sized enterprise next step.
