Modern social development can be divided into four stages: the steam era,the electrical age,the electronic age,the digital age,the current global has begun to enter the fourth stage of "digital economy".In recent years the global economic fluctuations are very large,the traditional industries are facing problems.In addition to the national macroeconomic policy control and the global economy itself,the most fundamental reason is that the overall social and economic development is facing a new transformation,which is not subjective to the transfer of social development to a certain stage.it is inevitable result of technological progress to a certain stage.in order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,which prompted enterprises to improve the internal management level and economic strength,to provide customers with cheap products and services.The use of information technology to enhance the core competitive of enterprises has become a focus.Faced with today’s full of opportunities for the market,manufacturers began to focus on enterprise information digital platform,the manufacturers in this enterprise-level blue ocean market for fierce competition.How to get business opportunities in the market competition in an invincible position.This paper focuses on the research of sales and strategy discussion of Changjiang company.Firstly,this article briefly illustrated Changjiang Company,its sales condition and existing problems.Then,apply the PEST analysis to its key elements of development and external environment,in the meantime,conduct SWOT analysis to its current marketing strategies.New marketing strategies and Implementation plans are generated based on the analyzed information and comprehensive evaluation.It could bring the sales volume and marketing share to the next level,also maintaining the leadership in the competitive market.The marketing strategies discussed in the article will be conducted in the future marketing practice of Changjiang Zhongchuang Company;it will be the guideline of marketing management,as well as a referenced sample for other businesses of the company.
