Studying The Management Of The Large Project's Devolopment & Research In The Aviation Industry Base On PDM

With the aviation industry's growing, aviation showing a flourishing manufacturing industry, since the model projects are often short of time, the technical difficulty ,involved in many departments, the lack of personnel for technical reserves, air design and the manufacturing sector are often struggling with a variety of models mandate,resulting in the aviation industry's great input and less output. This paper tried to analyze the current domestic aircraft types of the management of characteristics and status, contacting the practicality close,preliminary researched on the management content in a new type of turbofan regional aircraft ARJ21 project, showed the definition of the project management in the development phase of the aviation industry, and attempting to use the product data management (PDM) tool which be implemented in the Institute to analyze the demanding on the implementation of the PDM in the aircraft design and manufacturing companies, explored in the product data management processes and the configuration management of the implementation in the PDM, proposed the implementation of objectives, the implementation of solutions,the implementation of the measures and steps.
