Project Management Research For Tiger AA-1 Aircraft Manufacture

With quickly increasing on global economy, civil transportation keeps increasing in our country and we have made great achievement on the airport basic appliance construction and airfield management. Moreover, the renovations on management system and opening up have new improvement. Civil Aviation has gain great achievement, especially on low airfield management. With the increase of market demand on Light Aircraft, there would be more and more opening corporation project for it which play important role in Civil Aviation. The author have made some deeply research on project management in aviation manufacture enterprises by the theory and methods of modern project management and made some summarization by example.This thesis can be divided into three articles. In the first articles, the author has put forward the background of aviation project and explains the research connotation. Then the author has introduced the character and current management situation of aviation industry. Integrated with the situation of H Company, the author put forward the problem existing in project management of H Company. In the end of this article, the author explains the logic idea and main content of the thesis. In the second article, the author first introduced the primary theory about project management. Then he drew foreign-opening corporation project and analyzed the basic character, thought, and methods of it. Taken TIGER AA-1 as example, the third article brings forward the resolution method according to the idea from the third part by using associated theory. Furthermore, it also have discussed the application research on project management ranging from those periods as the establishment of project, time management, quality control, and risk management and so forth by taking some mass-produced for instance. The theory-oriented practice mode is more incorporate and it provides an important reference for private aviation enterprises and have great value for corporation project in aviation industry. The fifth part evaluates the whole project. At the end of this article it gives the summarization throughout the article.Recently, management by the method of project management has become the current tendency in the fields of aviation manufacture enterprises. This thesis has use the theory of project management according to the specialty of H enterprise, and made the thought of project management into aviation manufacture project. The author describes obvious improvement of using project management. This way has already been beneficent for H enterprise's production facilities and achieve anticipate goal.
