| With the rapid development of petrol refining industry in our country, production amount and process scale obtain increasing recent years. Improvement of water and steam efficiency through optimizing the original processing technologies has significant importance on the aspect both economics and social development, reduction of energy consumption is becoming a specific issue for most of petrol refining enterprises at present. Based on the widely investigation on energy optimization theory and the collection of successful experiences in national petrol refining enterprises, this study highlights the technology improvement direction by complex optimization of energy consumption with the specific situation in Daqing petrochemical corporation (DQPC), and proposes a series of technique routes to reinforce efficiency of the present vapor and steam facilities.By investigating the using states of energy and the management of certain plants in Daqing petrochemical refinery, this article has a definitude for Daqing petrochemical refinery to reach an aim that the average oil refining complex energy-consumption is reducing from 80 kg/t to 70 kg/t everyday. Using the thermodynamics theory as its guide, the method and thought of energy analysis, and advanced method of Best Technology index and the technique of clamp-point analysis, this research does some process simulations and equilibrium optimized analysis for the whole energy system, and acquires the outcome as follows:(1) finding out the most important factor of energy expense in the refinery(2) discussing the conceivable measure of economizing on energy for DQPC(3) scheme of adjusting the technique parameter(4) harmonizing the local parts and full parts of the plant(5) aimed at the heat losing of heat preservation, do a developed research, confirm the optimized design for different structure and thickness of heat protection for thermodynamics pipes under different cases(such as different temperature and different diameter) The most production of this issue is coming into being a series of complex optimized solution for combining of multiple measures for different key points or plants (such as heat losing of vessels and pipes, power station, reforming plant, hydrogenation of diesel oil plant etc. ).Optimized solutions as follows:(1) Reconstruction of heat preservation for steam pipes: Increases saving 2.5 kgFOE/t(2) Process improving projects: Increases saving 6.4kgFOE/t(3) Reclaiming of survival heat recycling of organic solvents: Increases saving 0.45kgFOE/t(4) Else improving projects: Increases saving 2.91 kgFOE/t By this issue, the writer draws a blue print for Daqing petrochemical refinery's development in 5 years.
