Research On The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor In NorthShaanxi Area

The transfer of rural surplus labor force and economic development are the inevitable trend of industrialization. China's unbalanced economic development in the east and the west, a large gap between urban and rural areas of special national conditions in various regions of the transfer of rural surplus labor force has different characteristics. Northern Shaanxi is located in inland areas because of the rural population base, economic under development and other factors of the transfer of rural surplus labor force, making the slow agricultural development in northern Shaanxi, the income of the farmers is not high,rural poverty is still the bottleneck. Therefore, proceeding from reality and explore an effective transfer of rural surplus labor force in the road to become the top priority of economic development In northern Shaanxi.In this paper, the micro-region in northern Shaanxi to grasp the number of rural surplus labor force and causes the transfer of the basic situation, pointed out that the constraints in Northern Shaanxi transfer of rural surplus labor force so as to come up with effective strategies and ideas to accelerate the transfer of rural surplus labor force in northern Shaanxi.
