Study On The Change Of Industrial Structure And Economy Development In Xinjiang

With the development of the globalizing economy and the worldwide economy structure constantly adjusting, industrial structure issues has become a major economic and social problem affecting the entire world. The industrial structure has been the major factor to promote economy development as the outcome of economy development in the past and the basis of economy development in the future. a developing country, China's economic growth is based on the economic structure adjusting ,and the rational economic structure is the security to realize the maximal outputs and the best benefit. Therefore, to achieve a smooth transformation and adjustment of industrial structure aid to raise the competition, enhance the resource efficiency, ease the employment pressure and realize the industrialization and modernization.As the important developing provinces of the West regions, the irrational industrial structure restricted the development in the past 20 years. So studying the economy problem in Xinjiang from the perspective of the industrial structure changing will promote their sustainable economy development and have the great role in reducing the regional disparity and keeping the stabilization economic society. Using theories and methods concerning on regional economics, industrial economics, econometrics, based on a lot of statistical information, and using empirical analysis and normative analysis, the thesis systemically expounds the relationship between economic development and the industrial structure changing. Firstly, though the Factoring analysis, the difference between Xinjiang and Western region provinces. Secondly, the change in the industrial structure that influences on economy development is analyzed by regression analysis. Furthermore, the changing tendency from the industrial structure is expounded by normative analysis with some measured ways in common use, which show furthermore the relation between industrial structure and economy growth, and the tendency of the three industries changing. Finally, a series of measures are put forward from the perspective of industrial restructuring, upgrading, optimizing, technological choices and improving relevant supporting mechanisms.
