Whatever style and opportunity chose to build business informationization, would not be detach from the subject of "Business Process Modeling" and "Business Process Improvement". Certainly, the success of process modeling in business IT building decides success of business IT building.Based on a great deal of investigating and studying on relational information, combined with my knowledge, utilized system scientific approaches, taking advantage of management informatization project of AJ logistics group, applying advanced ARIS Flow Management Tool combined with ARIS ideological system, assessment model of Business Process was built . We will use the built enterprise model to demonstrate the overall business situation of the enterprise including the origination and business. In the meanwhile, we would also use the simulation tool of ARIS to simulate and analyze this model for getting Flow Path Date.At the same time, a method of process optimization was put forward and simulated again utilizing simulation results and the actual position of implementation. Then Optimized Business Process was assessed by contrast optimized process relevant date indicators and before. Finally this paper provide predictable to Business and analysis the valuable data and trend.
