Research On Enterprise Supplement Pension System Of China

Social old-age insurance problem has become world-wide issue,Which has been paid great attention in China since the development both of economy and society as well as the phenomenon of anging.How to stimulate the function of enterprise supplementary old-age insurance system is article during the process of harmonious society.Therefore,we should improve theorecically and practically to promote old-age insurance.Compared to the western study,We get involved into research for enterprise supplementary old-age insurance system only for a short period. Take America and English for instance,the system is operated successfully.This paper aims to study on the enterprise supplementary old-age insurance system systematically and theorecically by analyzing its current situation and problems in China.In addition,based on the condition of western,the article offers suggestion from angles of government ,enterprise as well as individual after further analyzing the national conditions such as economy background ,institutional arrangement,policies,model choice etc.In a word,it is necessary to set up comprehensive old-age insurance system either for government,or for enterprises and individuals.Under the common efforts,we could anticipate a brilliant future of enterprise supplementary old-age insurance system and people's living comfortable.
