Motivation is always the very important research content of human resource management. Effective motivation plays a vital role in improving the employee's satisfaction as well as enterprise's success. With the high-speed development of market background, the competition is very rigorous in human resources. It should be the important contents to recruit employees, to keep the employees and to make the employees perform completely.In the industry of manufacture, sales has become the head of enterprises. The sales personnel are much more valued by the enterprises. As for the small and medium-sized enterprises, with little fame, the sales is decided by sales personnel. So to great extent, the future of the enterprise is closely connected to the sales personnel. But if the sales personnel do not want to take responsibility, the enterprise can not perform very well. Rules and regulations can not bring Commitment and responsibility which can be formed by employees' spontaneity and conscience.Reasonable motivation system can encourage the employees potential, give the constant drive to the team, and keep the initiative in competition.The research of this article, based on different motivation theories, starts from the analysis of the Qilu company sale branch, carries on the questionnaire survey to the enterprise sale personnel, and makes a comprehensive summary to the present enterprise.The research also discovers the enterprise extant main question is enterprise's sales drive mechanism imperfect, Sales system unreasonable, which dampers the sales personnel's enthusiasm greatly.With motivation correlation theory, and the Qilu Corporation's actual situation, this article also focus on the reasonable design in view of the enterprise, the establishment of Qilu's sale control system,, the improvement of the sales personnel's work enthusiasm, and good system foundation for Qilu's service development.
