The Research Of Chinese Agricultural Mirocfinancal Regime

Agricultural mirocredit policy is our one of the important rural area financial policy serving for the Sannong (Agriculture,Rural Development and Peasant's Issues). As an important supplement to rural finance,China'rural microfinance is an effective way to poverty alleviation and difficulty easing,and it has played an important role in rural poverty alleviation and the development to rural economy. Comparing with China's existing rural financial market and credit-Poverty-alleviation policy , China's rural microfinance is more like governmental short-term activity to some extent.However,the state of development of microfinance in our country is still difficult to meet the requirement for social economic development,a great deal of problems exist; the Rural Credit Cooperatives,as the only financial institution to management the microfinance,have burdened too much. During this rainstorm-like advance process , the Rural Credit Cooperatives have shown some serious difficulties.This paper mainly consists of three parts: Firstly,analyzes the development Process,development status,development characteristics and major problems of China'rural microfinance.Secondly,analyzes the operational characteristics and successful experience and probes the significance of reference of rural microfinance abroad.Thirdly,proposes the way of solving the problems and solutions for China's rural microfinance. The third part is the most important of all.
