The Research Of Development Problem Of Microfinance In Our Country

Microfinance is one of the internationally recognized effective way to help the poor out of poverty.It emerged in the development country and improved in practice. The microfinance is for the poor and small and medium-sized enterprise, has the characteristics of short loan time ,limit small, mortgage guarantee flexibly, higer interest rate etc.Every year,from 2004 to 2010 , the first document of our country refered to microfinance, confirm the effect of microfinance. And Pointed out that developing microfinance,perfect its system, promoteits effect of economic developing.Our country has widely demands of microfinance.In 1993, microfinance pilot project start.In the following twentry years,our country microfinance developed from coppy foreign mature microfinance mode to our own mode,in the same time our organization of microfinance developed.This article studies the following content:first, the theory of microfinance. Introduce asymmetry of information theory,transaction costs theory, credit rationing theory, institutional change theory.second,study the supply and demand of our country microfinance,including city and country.third,study the history and status of our microfinance and our microfinance history including four stage. Our microfinance status is divided into two parts- formal financial organization and microfinance company.five,study the foreign microfinance mode and experience.six,study the problem of microfinance and put forward my own suggestions.
