Flow Preference And Reflux Effects Analysis Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei economic integration had been upgraded to a national strategy in 2014.The cooperation development requires tight contact and coordination between cities,to promote the free flowing of these factors,to give full play to the effect of scale,gathering and synergy.“Siphon effects” for labor of Beijing may create labor migration return.Non capital’s function dispersal of Beijing mainly depends on regulative methods by government.This means that the factor market mechanism is not highly perfect.Yangtze River Deltaand Pearl River Delta are much better than Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on collaborative development,the flowing of factors is more balanced.So this disseration research factor liquidity-perference of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and make comparison and analysis with Yangtze River Deltaand Pearl River Delta,in order to provide guidance and reference to facilitate factor rational flow in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.New-classical economics claim that labor,capital and technology are three main factors in economic growth.So this disseration analyses factors’ flowing from this three main factors.This disseration use the elements flow index to determine degree of flow and the flow direction.In addition,it use the gravity model to analysis the factors’ liquidity-perference.The dissertation finds that labor of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei flow unevenly.The labor is arriving in Beijing.Tianjin and Shijiazhuang are comparatively lower labor’s gravity.Technology flow of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is more balanced than labor flow.Technical flow has formed Beijing and Tianjin as the center.Shijiazhuang is sub-economic center of technical flow.These enrich the technology flow network.But compared with the "Yangtze River Delta" and Pearl River Delta,technique flow of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is still not balance.Capital agglomeration takes Beijing,Tianjin as the center.Beijing is absolute advantage in capital market.Comparing factor liquidity-perference of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei "Yangtze River Delta" and Pearl River Delta,find that the flow of labor,technology and capital in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are lack of sub-economic center of factor flow.Therefore,in the process of promoting the rational flowing of factor,it should increase factors gravity to Tianjin,Shijiazhuang and other cities,to develop sub-economic center of factor flow.
