Economic globalization and regional economic integration is trend in the process of economic development. In China, though the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region (BTHR) is one of the largest of China's industry-intensive areas, its level of economic development has lagged behind the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Speeding up regional economic integration in the BTHR is the solution to enhance its overall competitiveness, thus the realization of regional logistics integration will accelerate the regional economic development. this paper, guided by the regional logistics system theory, researches and analyze the cooperation development of the regional logistics and economic using SD model, and brings about economies of scale and social benefit in the BTHR.The paper mainly analyze the coordinated development of the logistics and economic surrounding the BTHR , the main research work are as follows: First of all, the BTHR logistics demand and supply conditions is analyzed from the layout of the space industry, transport infrastructure, transport network, freight logistics center development and planning , and the priority economic indicators impacting the regional development of the logistics industry is calculated; Secondly, the paper has studies the regional logistics system elements of the relationship between indicator and causal feedback, and built a SD model with regional logistics and economic interaction, which is composed by the economic module, the logistics needs module, transport structure module, logistics supply module; Finally, the paper simulates the regional logistics and economy in the BTHR from 2000 to 2020, and puts forward the development scheme for the BTHR logistics economic rationalization development through parameters adjusted.
