A Research On The Internal Control Of Securities Companies

Securities companies as a main body in the stock market so as to communicate capital supply and demand, to construct the stock market, to promote mergers and acquisitions, to promote the formation of industry concentration and economies of scale, and to optimize the allocation of resources, play an important role in the securities market. As well they are important organizers, participants in promoting the stock market's continued prosperity and stability. However, due to the opportunities and risks the securities industry associated with, controlling the risk is the most crucial benefit of the guarantee, identification and prevention of risks, and establishing a sound internal control system for securities companies with sustained and stable development is particularly important. Against the securities company's internal control system has now become the focus of theory and practice areas, in this paper, namely the use of COSO "Internal Control Integrated Framework" and "enterprise risk management integrated framework" approach set up the framework of internal control system. Combined with our country-related policies and regulations and to draw domestic and foreign securities companies internal control failures and lessons, suitable regulations in our country have been set up to control the institutional framework for securities companies, and to guard against various risks with detailed risk management mechanism and propose to set up management as the involvement of the core-type internal management system, in which the internal control system will be embedded into the company' varieties of job activities, and on the implementation of force protection measures will be put forward so as to decrease the risk of securities industry's ability to improve and perfect the management mechanism in our country, and that is just the access to which comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development must draw on.
