Research On Performance Management Of TH Company

With the sharpness of enterprise competition, more and more enterprises leaders pay more attention to human resource. The human resource management is an important part in enterprise management, and the performance management is the core of the human resource management. Performance management is the key for the enterprises to attach their strategy target.This paper bases on the performance management theory and method. Then it describes the existent performance management of TH Real Estate Corporation. This thesis analyses the existent problems and advances now performance management plan. This paper consists of six parts.The first part introduces the background, sense and the present situation of the research on performance management, the method and structure of this research.The second part introduces some performance management theories and the difference between performance appraisal and performance management.The third part analyzes the TH Company current performance appraisal system. It introduces the background of the company, and directs that there are some problems in the company performance management.The fourth part designs the Key Performance Indicators system. This system bases on the company's strategic objective.The fifth part designs the performance management plan.The last part is the conclusion.
