In recent years,due to the rising heat of investment in real estate by the whole people,and the increasing efforts of macro-control by the state,real estate developers are facing challenges.In the rapid development of the industry and unstable market situation,whether in order to accelerate the recovery of funds,or to build their brand competitiveness,the success of real estate sales is very important.Under the background of the increasing development of the commercial housing market and the imbalance between supply and demand,the real estate agency industry has experienced constant fluctuations and development,and has become an important part of the real estate industry from development to sales.The development potential and space of the industry market are still huge.Based on the correlation theory of performance management,this study makes a detailed analysis of the performance appraisal system of the marketing department of S Real Estate Agency Company.Meanwhile,the employee of marketing department has adopted the way of satisfaction questionnaire survey,in order to grasp the problems of S company’s performance appraisal system more truly.Then combine the company’s existing and historical data to find out the reasons,and put forward how to build a comprehensive performance management system.Finally,in order to ensure the design scheme is put in place,this study also puts forward some necessary safeguards.This study believes that the optimization and application of performance appraisal system can lay a good management foundation for the implementation of performance management,and the establishment of performance management system can promote the implementation of more scientific management.Firstly,we should strengthen the promotion of the significance of performance management to reduce the resistance of implementation;Secondly,we should refine the indicators of performance appraisal and reasonably allocate the weights of indicators,so that the assessment can be comprehensive and specific and measurable;Thirdly,we should use the result of assessment in a reasonable and diversified way to realize the closed-loop management of performance management.Fourthly,we should integrate performance management into the corporate culture and let employees actively participate in performance management.This study provides some guidance and help for the optimization of the performance management system of the marketing department of S real estate agency company,and also provides some reference for the development of other similar enterprises in the real estate agency industry and the improvement of the performance management system.
