With the integration of the world economy, the rapid development of port and shipping industry, the transformation of economic structure from industrial economy to service economy, port service companies have a rapid development, and this paper will analyze the marketing environment and propose marketing strategy for this new kind of enterprise.Port service companies in the world are under the port logistics network services for enterprise customers. Service chain is based on an extension of the docking and services, based on 7Ps marketing tools, complementary is the characteristics.Chinese ports are the focus of the world's port network.As China economic development and the gradual upgrading of port function, port service companies are faced with a sound market environment. Meanwhile, the development of port service companies are based on the port, but not dependent on the development of ports. Port types, policy support, software infrastructure and the hinterland are important factors in marketing strategy.In order to use the port network and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, such enterprises should actively consider the use of the world's port network resource allocation, dependent on innovation and integration services and strategic alliances to improve marketing. Beside all above, port-type service companies have to create the professional services teams to maintain the ability of sustainable development.
