With the accelerating process of the integration of global trade,the development of port and shipping logistics has also got more and more attention,while the market competition has also been more and more intense.The port as a shipping logistics hub,and the port enterprises as an economic organization which has strong and comprehensive ability would also hope to construct logistics service supply chain in order to enhance their own competitive advantage and achieve collaborative development with the upstream and downstream logistics service providers,through this they can provide a higher level of one-stop shipping logistics services for customers.Therefore,this paper conducts further research on how to construct and coordinate the port logistics service supply chain.It is expected that it can provide the theoretical basis about how to construct and coordinate the shipping logistics service supply chain for port enterprises or shipping logistics service integrators.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of port logistics service supply chain in domestic and aboard,introduces the research ideas of the paper.Secondly,it summarizes the concept and construction motive of the port logistics service supply chain,and analyzes the coordination strategy of the traditional supply chain.Through the analysis it is concluded that the revenue-sharing contract is suitable for the coordination of the port logistics service supply chain.And further analyzes the influencing factors which would affect the coordination process of the port logistics service supply chain.Thirdly,it analyzes the decision-making behaviors of each node enterprise in the port logistics service supply chain,and obtains that the decisions-making behavior of each subject will be influenced by the others'decision-making strategies,and the influences of decision-making behaviors can be described by bi-level programming model.Take the interaction of the decision-making behaviors of the port and the owner as an example,a bi-level programming model is established,and design a double-layer iterative algorithm which is used to solve the problem,and design an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,a bi-level programming model of the port logistics service supply chain based on the revenue sharing contract is established,and a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model,and design an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method.Through the analysis of the paper,the conclusions are as follows:the bi-level programming model can describe the interaction between the decision-making behaviors of the port logistics service supply chain,and the hybrid genetic algorithm which is designed in this paper can solve the bi-level programming model.After the coordination and optimization,each subject which participates in the port logistics service supply chain can achieve collaborative development,and provide a higher level shipping logistics services for customers,and get a better income than the time they make decentralized decision-making respectively.The overall income of the port logistics service supply chain is greater than the sum income of the service providers when they make decentralized operations.The application of revenue sharing contract can coordinate the port logistics service supply Chain,and can make the port logistics service supply chain more stable.
