Synthetic Evaluation On Coordinative Development Of Gansu Energy-economy-environment System

In the 21st century, the entire world's economy is progressing by leaps and bounds; China's development speed is astonishing as the leader of developing countries. But many contradictions come out at the same time; the biggest contradiction is between survival and development. Survival and development is an eternal theme of human society, the dialectical unification of the two aspects constitutes is the sustainable development. Whether the energy-economy-environment system can develop coordinately will have a great impact on social economy. Therefore, the coordinative development of this system is the premise of the sustainable development of society and economy. Consequently, the construction of the evaluation index system for the regional energy-economy-environment system is practically significant. This article aims at Gansu energy-economy-environment system to establish the systems at various levels and constructs, to evaluate index system, to analysis existence problems, and to propose the corresponding countermeasure.This article has mainly done the following aspects:(1)To introduce the basic situation of Gansu province energy-economy-environment system and analysis Gansu energy's type. To elaborate relation between energy and economy, energy and environment, economy and environment, energy-economy-environment system's characteristic, coordination context coordination controlling measure of system.(2) To summarize the construction methods of evaluate index system, to disciple region energy-economy-environment system at various levels and constructs, to establish energy-economy-environment system at various levels and constructs of calling in the energy for Gansu province's characteristic and actual situation.(3) To introduce assessment method of the coordinated development, to propose many kinds of synthetic evaluation methods and the step, to establish the system to cooperate the scheduling model, to evaluate Gansu province coordination of energy-economy-environment system.(4) Using Gansu province's actual data and corresponding method to analysis energy-economy-environment system, to find out system problems and propose compatible countermeasure and suggestion regarding.
