With the rapid development of economy, environment come to have a harm effect on the economic development, which attracts people's attention. How to coordinate the development between the economy and the environment to reduce the destruction of the environment in the economic development has become a subject that is discussed forever.The aim of the coordinative development between economy and environment is to make the bad effect that economic development has caused in the range of ecological environment by more cleaning and less destroyed producing and living patterns to maintain the sustainability of economic development. At the same time we can not restrict the economic growth for the ecological environment. This these tries to answer these questions based on the background mentioned above.
