With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and the level of science technology,cars have become increasingly common consumer products,and with the improvement of the consumption concept,the number of car production,car sales and car in use also present a rising trend.At the same time,the increase number of car in use will inevitably lead to the rising number of abandoned automobiles,if the growing number of abandoned automobiles can not be properly dealt with,it is not only unfavorable to the development of auto industry,but also that will result in resource waste and environmental pollution.How to realize the automotive resources recycling and re-manufacturing reasonably,to improve the resource utilization,so as to reduce resource waste and environmental pollution,and realize the sustainable development of automobile industry,this is a problem to be solved.Countries around the world through legislation and other means to regulate the behavior of market main body,at the same time,some developed countries have gradually established the automotive re-manufacturing reverse logistics system which are suited to its national conditions,and they also have obtained certain achievement.With the concept of circular economy and sustainable development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people gradually,our country in recent years has gradually established a series of relevant laws and regulations to standardize the development of the abandoned automobiles industry,but due to confusion of abandoned automobiles industry,and the low rate of abandoned automobiles' re-manufacturing which have restricted the development of re-manufacturing reverse logistics in our country.To sum up,the research of automotive re-manufacturing reverse logistics research is very necessary and realistic.First,combining with the current situation of the development of foreign automotive remanufacturing reverse logistics and the situation of the investigation,the existing problems in the development of automotive re-manufacturing reverse logistics has be analyzed.Secondly,the article introduces four car re-manufacturing reverse logistics operation modes.In the aspects of scope for each operation mode has be carried on the comparative analysis,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)has be utilized.Use recycling economy factors,management factors,technical factors and social factors to build the theorymodel of reverse logistics operation mode,and index system for quantitative analysis of the model,the result shows that the third party operation mode is the optimal recovery of car remanufacturing reverse logistics mode.Again,based on the third party operation pattern and the target of cost minimizing,using the mixed integer linear programming method,constructed in consumption area,to build the automotive re-manufacturing reverse logistics network optimization model which nodes are recycling center,processing center,re-manufacturing center,iron and steel enterprises,and waste management center.Finally,combining with the related research data has carried on the empirical analysis,and wuhan's automotive re-manufacturing reverse logistics network nodes which are existed,on the basis of the according to build car re-manufacturing reverse logistics network optimization model,to determine the location of recycling center and processing center's,and the distribution number between each node.
