With the new economical time's coming,competition as chief features,the professional managers are playing more and more importment roles in the society stage. The Porfessional Managers are paid more and more attention. At the same time,the professional managers feel much more work pressure,they hope to balance the relation of working,life and health well,pursuing higher quality of working and life.The European and American countries have already notice the influence of working to the staff and staffs feeling reaction to the working. The concept of quality of working and life emerged in the American automobile trade union in the 1960s.when the enterprises pursued the economical benefits,they paid much attention to the staffs in organization. At the same time,they also revealled the aspects of humanity and spirits of the enterprise more deeply.Foreign scholars have carried out a lot of studies in quality of working and life and have gotten many useful results. As far as China is concerned,quality of working and life is a new concept,Chinese scholars have done many researches about quality of working and life,some scholars have studied native definition and structure,but it is only in theory filed,lacking of systematically confirmed research. Based on the summary of past studies.this paper developed the content structure of professional manager's quality of working and life by applying the related theories on human resource management and organizational behavior,studied the relationship between quality of working and life and oganizational citizenship behavior. In the end,this paper gave some effective suggestions to improve the professional manager's quality of working and life. This paper attempted to discover unique structure factors of the professional manager's quality of working and life on our country background and compile quality of working and life questionnaire. Then measure the level of quality of working and life and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on this,this paper adopted correlation and regression analysis to study the relationship between quality of working and life and organizational citizenship behavior. Some effective suggestions were made to improve the professional manager's quality of working and life.The study could be divided into three parts. The first,is about study of the structure of quality of working and life, developing the questionnaire of quality of working and life. The second,is about measuring the level of quality of working and life and organizational citizenship behavior of professional managers,study of differences of quality of working and life in different demographic characteristic variables and study of the relationship with the oganizational citizenship behavior. The third is about some effective suggestions to improve the professional manager's quality of working and life.The main conclusions were indicated as follows:First,Quality of working and life was a seven-component construct that included leadership style,working promotion,working characteristics,balance between working and life,working environment safety,salary system and learning opportunity.Second,The results of T-test and AVOVA indicated that demographic variables can do some effects on different components of quality of working and life.Third,The result of regression analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation between the quality of working and life and oganizational citizenship behavior. The quality of working life had significant positive effect on oganizational citizenship behavior.The main innovations were indicated as follows:First,this paper developed a content structure of Chinese professional manager's quality of working and life.Second,this paper studied the relationship between quality of working and life and oganizational citizenship behavior and got the desired results.Third,this paper gave some effective suggestions to improve the professional manager's quality of working and life. These suggestions provided a reference for enterprise to hold the professional manager's psychological and behavioral characteristics better and increase the organizational citizenship behavior,improving performance.
