The organization citizenship behavior(OCB) is a kind of behavior beneficial to the organization. How to stimulate the employees to produce more OCB is the problem which every administrator should think deeply. Now, there are many factors influencing the OCB, this research will explore the influencing factor in a new field. The calling is a research hotspot among the domestic and overseas scholars at present. It can affect the workers’ motivation and behavior, so it is very important for the management to research the relation between calling and OCB. The individual owns the calling can behave more remarkable for the development of organization. This research aims at searching the relationship between calling and OCB through the method of theoretical analysis in accord with empirical study, investigating the correlation of the two variables, and the engagement will mediate the relationship between calling and OCB.Firstly, I will confirm the research institution through analyzing the theory foundation of calling, engagement, OCB and the relation of them. By using the SPSS 21.0 to handle the data, obtain the conclusion of this research, engagement will mediate the relationship of the calling and OCB completely. According to the result, there many questions the administrator should notice in the management. The regulator can guide the employees to generate more behavior improving the development of organization.
