The Research Of Online Payment Based On The Third-Party

Since 1990s', Electronic Commerce(EC) was born with the development of internet and information technology. EC is a completely new style of commerce, which can satisfy customers'demands much better , and also can provide markets much broader.EC includes the flow of the information, capital and logistics in the business transactions, and capital is the most important part that traders pay most attentions. How to settle the arduous problem of capital effectively has become a new study subject. The emergence of the third-party payment platform is the best solution to capital security measures.The paper mainly studies the online payment based on the third-party payment. At the starting of the paper makes the statement of the research's background. Then, this thesis focus on advanced the third-party payment-PayPal's model, our third-party payment platform– to PayPal study, and compared them for analyzing. Thirdly, through analysis found that the payment of security technologies are fundamental aspects of the process, China has to find its own model to pay the environment, the integrity of the system, as well as the building of the government's legislation on the issue and needs to use PayPal or the success of the model. Finally, the thesis raises solutions to the problems which were pointed at. And the paper probes into the suitable online payment.
