Research On The Design And The Evaluation For The Third-party Online Payment Flow

With the in-depth application of domestic e-commerce,the security and the efficiency of online payment receive more and more attention from many fields of society. Online payment has become a vital link in the development of e-commerce. The increasingly obvious flaws of the online payment mode based on the SET (Security Electricity Transaction) protocol or the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, and the Third-party payment platform, have made them changes from driving force to hindering of electronic commerce development.This paper starts from the existing transaction flow, sets forth the basic principles, advantages and shortcomings of the transaction flow based on SET protocol and TTP (The Third Party) payment program,and then points out that the complex implementation and information redundancy of the SET protocol, the financial risks coming from the funds precipitation of the third party platform, have hindered the combination of the two transaction applications and Internet trading. According to the research above, the author design a new online payment flow based on the third party payment, which improved the efficiency of the SET protocol by reducing the numbers of certificate transferring and the risks of in-transit fund by design twice Request for payment. Secondly, the author build an online payment process efficiency evaluation system and evaluation model (PEEM evaluation method) by using questionnaire survey and hierarchy analytic methods after reviewing the research of qualitative assessment on Internet trading at home and abroad. Finally, the author do an authentication for the new trading program NTTP and evaluation methods to the PEEM method in this article by a case study. The results showed that, we have the same results getting from the PEEM method and inquiring related literature. So we believe the PEEM method has rationality and feasibility partially. The whole efficiency of NTTP program is favorable in the PEEM method or user satisfaction surveys. At the same time, the results also show that the NTTP program and the PEEM method, to some extent, have some defects. The results of this paper enrich the design and evaluation methods of the third-party online payment flow, and give some certain references for the research and application of the third-party online payment.
