Study On Evaluation Of Integrated Supply Chain Performance Based On Enterprise Core Competence

Integrated supply chain is one of the study focuses in the current enterprise and academia. Integrated supply chain changed the traditional competition pattern, and market competition has transformed from the competition among individual enterprises into the competition in supply chain of those enterprise. So carrying out thoroughly and systematically studies on management of integrated supply chain and performance evaluation of it have important theoretical and practical significance.The thesis studies basic theory of the integrated chain management and the evaluation theory of the integrated supply chain research. Aimed at constructing evaluation system of integrated supply chain performance based on the enterprise core competence, study their performance and evaluate the system from four facets: customer satisfaction, finance, operation procedure and core competence, and gave the method and formula of each index. Finally we evaluated it using fuzzy AHP evaluation method. In addition, we carry on practical analysis through using example, and draw the meaningful conclusion and the correlation reference suggestion. The thesis is supposed to offer some enlightenment to the healthy development of the domestic integrated supply chain.
