Financial analysis, a science discipline having been used over one century is usually classified as four schools of thought in the international academic community: the ratio school, the business analysis school, the financial crisis school and the capital market school, each of which emphasize on different aspects. The aim of financial analysis and its motivation vary according to the different users who are divided into four categories: investors, creditors, operators and other stakeholders.By investigating financial analysis theory and its practical application in the environment of investment, operation and management, the thesis generalizes the financial analysis methodology and framework suitable for company operators, with which the case of CYTS is comprehensively analyzed.At first, on the basis of a briefly introduction and summarization on the popular financial analysis methods and framework, the thesis generalizes a methodology useful to company operators. Secondly, with the proposed methodology, the thesis makes a comprehensive analysis based on the financial statements of CYTS and its operating status in the past, and then evaluates its financial index by combining the results of the analysis and the company's strategy. Thirdly, based on the above analysis the thesis summarizes the company's strength,operation efficiency and quality,operational risks and the financial policies under the guidance of the company strategy, and provides some appropriate advices for its decision makers and managers in view both of the current business environment and its operating status. At last, this thesis analyzes the CTYS'S corporation value by applying Dividend Discount Model and PE Model.
