Thirdly, based on the above analysis the thesis summarizes the company's strength,operation efficiency and quality,operational risks and the financial policies under the guidance of the company strategy, and provides some appropriate advices for its decision makers and managers in view both of the current business environment and its operating status. At last, this thesis analyzes the CTYS'S corporation value by applying Dividend Discount Model and PE Model.
