The exhibition industry is an important part of modern service industry, is one of the important sign to measure the degree of internationalization of a country or city and the level of economic development. The exhibition industry is an important part of one of the six strategic emerging industries including creative industry in Shenzhen, also have a strong stimulating effect on the economy development of the industry and regional.This paper analyzes on the Convention and exhibition industry has increasingly become the new economic normality Chinese topic righteousness today, exhibition industry is facing the problem of scarcity of talents. The main study tours in Shenzhen how to coordinate the personnel, after seven years of rapid development into the scale and benefit of collaborative growth during the period of scientific management personnel, for the company’s second five year strategic reserve all kinds of talents, to form a good atmosphere of talent development, to build the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the CYTS. Including enterprise culture security, organizational security, financial security and the system guarantee and other security measures are put forward for may meet foreseeable in the implementation of talent echelon construction scheme of the problems in the process of.This paper tries to from CYTS.MICE (Shenzhen) reality, the echelon personnel management theory and practice com., analyzes the problems existing in exhibition enterprises exist talent team temporary shortage, to seek effective ways to solve the matching with the echelon personnel management theory.
