Under the background of the expanding global B2B e-business scale & rapid development of China's B2B e-business, this thesis applies project communication management methodology, combining the particle experience of a certain telecom operator's B2B e-business project to analyze how to implement communication management in B2B e-business.This thesis analyzes the features of communication management in B2B e-business using particle project experience. It summarizes the different communication methods to different objects & how to apply these methods. It also proposes the effective communication method; analyzes the possible problems during the communication flow & put forward the solutions.By conducting the analysis in this thesis, author hopes to sum-up the successful experience & unsuccessful lessons to enhance the management level for upcoming projects. He also hopes the viewpoints brought forward in the thesis can provide the reference to implement similar projects. |
