The Research And Implementation For Supervision Process Of Software Project

By the improvement of the information technology and the requirement of our country's modernization construction, there had been built lots of information system project which mainly based on the computer technology. The related industries develop so fast which have young specialists, high-tech, concentrated intelligence covering a wide domain and requiring a lot of job experience. But the information system construction ,especial the great ones, is a gigantic system project, which needs a lot of investments, a long time, high technology, but it also confronts high risks. With those advantages and disadvantages, the information system construction can't be completed successful easily, because of the low technology of the investing and construction unit, who has the difficulty in controlling the technology, equipment, process and the quality of projects. In order to reduce the constructiong risk of IT system project, to standardize the market, and to guarantee the benefits of both sides of the owner and undertaker, there urgently needs organized and standardized supervision on the IT system project's construction.There have not matured and standardized supervison machnisme to be obeyed, because the supervision of IT system project was set up recently inside the nation, and so many subject included in IT science. Special of supervision on kind of software projects, there exits great differences between the traditional construction project supervision: the traditional one has mature technology and methods, and the results of construction are so easy to carry on with qualification. But for software project supervision, there almost have nothing to be traced and hardly examined. As the guardian of the project owner, the supervisioner has to face the questions of how to do the supervision jobs to guarantee the good success rate of such projects.Therefor, developing the reaserch of software projects' supervision have very important academic and practical significance to standardize and instruct projects supervision practicing effectively. So this thesis takes the software projects' supervision process as the reseach object.Firstly the thesis introduced the background, object and significance, depicted the author's working for thesubjec and the construction of the thesis. The second charpter introduced the concept of IT system project and supervison on it, analyzed the present situation and exiting problem inside the nation. Third chapter analyed the function and the content of supervision during the software project construcion. Fourth charpter propsed the software project supervision implementation plan combined the real case. And lastly, there have a conclusion of the thesis and forecasting the prospect of IT system project supervision of out nation in the fifth charpter.
