The scope of PLM system management may span the design department,process department,test department,archives department and other departments related to each stage of the product's entire life cycle.The business involved may run through the entire process from product establishment to delivery and even scrap.Companies that need to implement a PLM management project have different company structures and business rules before implementing the project.They need to customize the PLM system according to the actual situation of the implementing enterprise to meet the needs of the system's native functions.In the process of informatization transformation,enterprises will introduce a variety of informatization systems to undertake the original offline business.The PLM system as the source of product information needs to effectively interact with the informatization systems in the management business scope.Due to the development of various informatization systems The programming languages and development platforms used are different,and the PLM system is required to provide a highly versatile data interface to complete the data interaction between the system and other information systems.How to provide enterprises with customized development through customized development and practically improve business efficiency and management level is a part of almost every PLM project.The thesis analyzes the PLM project management requirements and solutions developed by Enterprise A relying on the Teamcener?TC?PLM system,and summarizes the business requirements and data interaction requirements of the TC system OOTB function?native function?in the solution.Based on the TC system structure analysis system two Sub-development means,formulate customized plug-in and data interaction technology solutions.Research the key technologies of customized development,implement the customized historical data into the PLM system through the TC RCP secondary development method,apply for drawing numbers,convert PBOM plug-in functions with EBOM,and combine the WebService program with a development method based on the SOA framework Realize TC as the source of product data to loosely couple with other information systems,an extensible data interaction interface,convey complete BOM structure information,and eliminate the"information islands"between information systems[1][2].Combined with other PLM management services in the solution,a complete customized PLM management system that meets the needs of the enterprise is formed.The overall goal of the project is to improve the business efficiency and information manufacturing capabilities of the enterprise.According to the actual situation of enterprise A,the secondary development function is realized,so that the design department under the management of enterprise A PLM system can realize the rapid import of historical data and the coding application that meets the requirements of enterprise customization.EBOM obtains the corresponding MBOM,and the TC system can provide the BOM structure information required by the archiving system and the ERP system through the data interaction interface.Reduces tedious operations,effective functions and data interaction can be obtained in various business scenarios,so that the project plan truly meets the needs of the enterprise,and effectively improves the company's historical data import,design,process processing,material management and file management,Efficiency of business such as drawing number management.The company implemented TC as the source of product data and linked other information systems to improve the level of enterprise information management.Finally,the outlook of the configurability of plug-in functions and optimization of interface services under high concurrency is expected,in the hope that it will be helpful to other project implementation teams.
