With the rapid speed of software's development,the compitition of outsourcing companies is formidable than ever,the customer's requisition is at the tricky edge,the management cost is increasing,the profit rate is decreasing,the attrition rate is raising,the product's quality is declining,etc.Throughout introducing project-based management model,it is obviously helpful for outsourcing companies because it could increase the company's profit rate rapidly,as well as executing speed promptly.However,we couldn't resolve all problems even we have the project-based management model.In contrast,the project-based management model also brings some new issues,such as the rapid increasement of dimission rate.Focusing on this direction,for having better understandings about project-based management practice in the Z company-the outsourcing company of software development,the author of this dissertation analysises the investigation questionnaire,concludes the critical factors for product development's effection,and analysises those factors for their outcomes into the hints of improvements based on 6 sigma for the company.Based on the historical executing records of the software projects,started with analyizing the questionnaire,with the theoria of the six-sigma improvements,focusing on the Z corporation in software outsourcing field,which is at the upper reaches of the software industry,the author of the dissertation proceeds the main components analysis of the critical factors upon Z corporation,and conducting the executing solution of project-based companies based on the improvements for six-sigma: with the concept of the fundation of the DMAIC of the improvements for six-sigma,adopting comparative analysis,surveys,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the author suggests quantitative evaluation and process refinement after the reassessment of the current process and inspection tools.As the concultion of the dissertation,it is suggested that those practical suggestions could be implemented in companies for gaining better market competitive abilities.Thus,those suggestions are strongly meaningful and practical practices for similar corporations.
