Study On The Issues Of The Investment Management Of Exploration Project, Shengli Oil-field

The investment of the petroleum (gas) exploration project in the oil industry is the most complex and uncertain factors in the operational activities. The many uncertainties in the exploration decide the importance of investment management in the whole exploration activities. Therefore, it has an extremely important reality significance for the Sinopec and its regional branches to enhance enterprise management levels, improve the economic benefits of exploration, and ultimately ensure its sustainable development in the upstream business through the investment management research.The activities of exploration investment act as a research object of this paper, the theory of investment management is research-based. At first, analyze the reality of the investment management in Shengli Oil-field, and point out the existing problems. Then use the current scientific theory for the design of investment management framework, and propose specific solutions and safeguards measures from the perspective of feasibility.In order to raise the level of investment management exploration, this paper proposes to call for bold changes in the exploration and management organizational system, to improve the scientific nature of the investment decision-making through the entire process of economic evaluation, to strengthen the project management in the construction process and post-project evaluation, In final, to form an investment management closed-loop system and create a good system constraint.
