With the coming of international automobile giants and the rising of nation independent brands, the competition about auto industry becomes more and more fiercely in China. The major car companies compete for market launching price war, service war, advertising war, brand war,the public relations war, the idea of trying the product quality, price, performance, after-sales service and so on to start all-round competition. However, compared with foreign car industry, our advantage is not technology and management, and in the market .whether griping the market will be the key to industrial development deciding the success or failure of my car industry.It can be expected that the focus of competition about China's car industry in the 21st century will be transferred to the marketing mode. Scientific and rational marketing mode is the marketing system to support the efficient operation of the key, also is the heart of marketing system. In particular, it is now, influencing by the global financial crisis, car market is downturning, researching cars marketing mode will have a greater practical significance.In the paper, from the status quo of the car marketing mode, analying current mainstream car marketing mode to point out the advantages and disadvantages of each. The use of SWOT analysis, analying strengths, weaknesses, threats and market opportunities of China's car market environment comprehensively, referencing the successful experience of marketing mode from developed country,combined with China's national conditions, from the marketing idea and marketing technology discussing depthly development issues about our car marketing mode, summing up and summarizing the development countermeasure about China's car marketing mode, and proposeing modern marketing concepts and innovative marketing techniques on the development mode of China's car.
