| The shortage of the coal market which is resulted in the imperfect distribution logistics system of coal has a bad impact on the economical and social development of our country in certain extent. Therefore, it is very necessary for us to develop and establish a modern coal logistics system in order to improve the overall efficiency of coal industries and ensure the energy demand of Chinese economic and social development as well.The theory of dissipative structure is derived from thermodynamics, but it has wide applications in physics, chemistry, biology, and even philosophy, history and economy etc. In management science, many researchers have applied the principle of increasing entropy to build conceptual frames which can be used to solve fundamental problems of management science.This paper thinks that the coal distribution logistics system is far from equilibrium. When the outer condition is changed to a certain turning point, the coal distribution logistics system will turn to an orderly space-timing and functional state from chaos state, and meanwhile the allocation of whole system resources will reach optimum state which is called the dissipative structure. This paper analyses the status of the coal distribution logistics system of Shananxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,ltd. by applying the theory of dissipative structure. Firstly, this paper finds out four aspects leading to the invalid, inefficient and uncertain state of coal distribution logistics system: the relative dispersion of coal resources; the irrational organization structure of sales management; the poor management of its own transport resources; the information shortage of enterprises. Secondly, the paper optimizes the coal distribution logistics system based on the theory of dissipative structure, and makes the entropy of the system keep in a low level. Based on the above qualitative analysis, and then the paper analyses the structure entropy and operation entropy of the coal distribution logistics system, and demonstrates that entropy is an important index which runs through the development of the coal industry enterprise by quantitative analysis of establishing an entropy model. |
