| Although the theory of entropy and dissipative structure is only derived from thermodynamics, it has wide applications in physics, chemistry, biology, medical science, engineering technique, and even philosophy, history and economy, etc. Many economists have researched economic process and non-equilibrium phenomena of various economic systems according to the theory of dissipative structure. In management science, many researchers have applied the principle of increasing entropy to build conceptual frames which can be used to solve fundamental problems of management science.In recent years, logistics has become more and more important in enterprises, as market competition is sharpening and industrial globalization is intensifying to demand faster and more accurate logistics service to follow. Logistic is of great importance to not only cost saving and customer's value but also the strategic significance of enterprise functions.Based on the above, this paper states that the logistics system of a company is far from equilibrium, and there is an important state parameter called"entropy". When the outer condition is changed to a certain turning point, enterprises' logistics system will turn to an orderly space-timing and functional state from chaos state, and meanwhile the allocation of whole system resources will reach optimum state which is called the dissipative structure of enterprises' logistics system .Furthermore, this paper explains that the evaluative power comes from both inner and outer system and the general direction of evolvement is more and more complex. This paper also builds a entropy model of enterprises' logistics system and brings up its measuring method. The invalidation, inefficient and uncertain state of enterprises' logistics system can be inferred and researched by analyzing the entropy of enterprises' logistics system. The entropy's value of the system can be lowered to assure the system running efficiently and orderly to the very object. This study also draws more attention to efficient work, quality and safety consciousness of a running system and deals with changes in order to realize the healthy and orderly development of the system. Finally in an enterprise's case, this paper examines the validity and reliability of the model and the measuring method and also demonstrates that entropy is an important index which runs through the development of enterprises' logistics system by calculating the structure entropy, moving entropy, environmental entropy of the enterprise's logistics system. |
