In recent years, with the improvement of people's environmental protection awareness, the environmental legally binding is getting increase. For that reason, the reverse logistics is being known and be aware of by more and more people. Reverse logistics is one of the crucial parts in the company operation, based on the purpose of harmonious development of people, resource and the environment. From micro point of view, the reverse logistics has the advantage of improving customer's value, strengthening the competition, reducing the cost and increasing the profitability of the corporation and so on. From the macro point of view, the reveres logistics has benefit to save resource and promote the sustainable development etc. So in order to research the reverse logistics better, we must research the reverse logistics system, which is a very important topic to us.Firstly, the paper researches the reverse logistics system, and the entropy and structural theory is used in this part. It is found that the reverse logistic system is a system that is far from equilibrium state. There is an important state parameter: entropy. When the external condition changed to the certain threshold, the reverse logistics system will turn to an orderly and functional state from chaos state. This state is the optimal state and it is called dissipative structure of the reverse logistics system.Secondly, the paper proposes that the development force of reverse logistics system contains two parts which is from outside of the system and the inner side of the system. It is found that the system develops from simple state to complicated state. In this case, the paper proposes the calculation method of the entropy of the reverse logistics system. Through the analysis of the entropy, we will find whether the system is in good function, so that we will find ways to keep the entropy in the low condition and make sure the reverse logistic system is effectively operated. We will also be more concern with the healthy development of the system.Thirdly, the structure entropy, running entropy, and environmental entropy are calculated and a model is set to test its reliability and effectiveness, through the example analysis of structure entropy in reverse logistics system, we can decide that which kind of the reverse logistics system can be chosen, and discuss the efficiency of the whole reverse logistics system.
