In order to enable enterprises to maximize the value of stakeholders, When setting up performance evaluation system, Enterprises should to put the value of analysis as analytical methods, the balanced score card, value chain, business valuation model as analytical tool. Based on this, a more comprehensive performance evaluation system including financial target and non-financial indicators will be built. And then, the new performance evaluation system are discussed and examined by one case.
