Along with the rapid development of the network technology, the Internet and the economic globalization, network economy has resulted in a new shock to the enterprises. And the survival environment and living rules of the enterprises have changed greatly, which is not only an opportunity, but also is a tremendous chanllenge for enterprises. More and more enterprises are beginning to realize that it is hard to adapt to the complex competitive environment of market only by their own strength, namely separate competitive behaviors will reduce the enterprise to a disadvantageous position. It is very important for the enterprise to grasp the competitive rules of the network economy and formulate corresponding strategies under such an enviornment. However, the existing methods and theory systems of strategic management have not fully meet the requirements in network times, and therefore it is of great theoretical value and directive significance to have a systematic research into the operation and special laws of the network economy as well as how the enterprises carry out effective management strategies.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of network economy, this thesis firstly points out the differences between new economic model under the network economy environment and the traditional economic model. Secondly, it points out the deficiencies of enterprise competitive strategies, and makes a systematic analysis of the macro and micro environmental changes of the enterprise, concludes that informatization is the most prominent feature of network in order to prepare for putting forward the corresponding competitive strategies. Thirdly, according to the positive feedback of network economy, it analyzes that the exist of co-opetition is a probability under network economic environment, and proves the necessity of the co-opetition exist based on the theory of concept lattice, so the coexistence of competition and cooperation is the inevitable phenomena to comply with the characteristics of the new market; and it also makes the conclusion that the co-operation strategies of informatization are the better strategic choice for enterprises' survival and development in the network environment according to the network economy informatization, and it also makes a game analysis on co-operation strategic choice of informationization. Finally, through the analysis on the co-operation relationship between the enterprises and other participants in the value network, the thesis briefly discusses the implementation of information-based co-opetition strategies by the case of Wal-Mart's informatization.This thesis mainly focuses on the theoretical analysis. With the help of mathematical theory and examples, it applies enterprise strategy management theory under existing network economy environment to practice. Through the study, not only the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management are verified, but also the theory basis is provided for the competitive strategies forms of current domestic informatization enterprises, such as strategic alliances and strategic cooperation,etc.
