Research On Enterprise Strategic Network Based On Game Theory

This dissertation analyzed the enterprise strategic network from the view of game theory. It was a new breakthrough to introduce cooperative game theory to research co-competition and stability mechanism of enterprise strategic network. It opened a new angle of research view on the strategic management, and proposed new viewpoint to the co-competition and stability of enterprise strategic networkFor the sake that, the conclusion of the research on the enterprise strategic network based on cooperative game was scientific and formidable, this dissertation adopted the research technique which unifies the fundamental research and the experience.To the research tools, the methods of the cooperative game theory, which was highlighted by Self-enforcement Agreements, was manipulated among the dissertation.Firstly, the research work synthesized the current research results of academe to the strategic network, and produced the integrity definition of enterprise strategic network. It thought that a complete strategic network definition should compose of structure, process, relations, goal, evolution and technology. And it analyzed the strategic network characteristic particularly. Moreover, it researched the motive of enterprises to establish and join in the strategic network emphatically, which were primary factors to influence the stability of enterprise strategic network.It also built a model which described the cooperative behavior of enterprise strategic network members based on the work of Macleod in 1988. It analyzed the disposable gambling and the repetition gambling situation of enterprise members separately.It got the conclusion that, only under fully frequently surveillance and full low fluid of member enterprise, the enterprise strategic network cooperation would maintain. In order to achieve a cooperative equilibrium, it needed all member enterprises to understand equilibrium strategy and not to breach of faith being their advantage. Only in this way, the enterprise strategic network's stability can bemaintained.With the aid of the two stages gambling model of network learning which was built by Lin Jian and Lin Huanrong in 2004,it got the conclusion that enterprises with different learning capability must adopt different learning strategies to reduce the difference learning capability in order to maintain network stability.The article also introduced the experience of the construction of Japanese Toyota knowledge shared network, the experience can provide the direction for general enterprises in our country to establish and maintain enterprise strategic network.At last, the article analysis the enterprise strategic network in our country taking induction cooker enterprise strategy network practice as an example, and Provides some instruction and suggestion for the establishment and the maintenance of our country's enterprise strategic network.
