Supply Chain Visualized Management Based On RFID

With the development of science, technology and economy, the globalization information network, globalization market and the acceleration of technology innovation, the enterprise's cooperation is closer than past. In 1980s,the concept of supply chain management appeared, which takes synchronizes, the integration productive plan as the instruction, takes each kind of technology as the support, especially takes information technologies such as the Internet as the backing and enclose supply, the production work, logistic and the satisfied demand to realize. But because of the information distorting, delay of information transferring and the exchanging of error message, it declines the efficiency of supply chain greatly and causes the massive loss. This article proposed the supply chain visualized management to eliminate information asymmetrical through the supply chain by fully sharing the important information to solve these problems.First we outlines the application situation the supply chain management and the visualized management. I research the problems of supply chain management and analyze the reasons of these problems to find that the main reason of why exists the information distorting through the supply chain is most of enterprises in the supply chain adopt code bar. Through the research on RFID and the comparison of RFID technology with the bar code in the supply chain visualized management application to propose the idea of supply chain visualized management based on the RFID and describes the characteristics and the merits.Then this article researched warehousing management which is the core part of supply chain management, pointed out the problems of the warehousing management and analyzed the reasons. And this paper adopted RFID to realize warehousing visualized management to enhance the information transparency of the warehousing data to improve the efficiency of warehousing management. This study developed a prototype warehousing management system which implements stock in visualized, stock out visualized and check visualized. This system used middleware technology and xml. Middleware lets this system has extend ability and easier to manage. Xml eliminates the data nonidentity through supply chain to fully share the related information.
